Booking Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice before a change or cancellation of your appointment with Queenstown Hair.

We understand that things can happen in life, however in the event of short notice (less than 24 hours) rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment we will require a 50% deposit to be paid before we can reschedule you.

No shows: Please consider that your appointment is specifically reserved for you. Your time is as important as ours, and we often can not fill an appointment on the spot, so if you are not able to make your appointment time you will be charged, regardless.

We try our very best to accomodate our clients but missed appointments and short notice leaves unfilled appointment spaces that result in no income for us while other clients also miss out on an opportunity to get a booking.
